∎ Do you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources out of which 1 year in INGO?
∎ Do you have a sound understanding of Bangladesh employment laws and human resources best practices, policies, and procedures with MBA in Human Resource Management?
∎ Do you have excellent writing capacity in English and Bangla, skill on MS Office and excellent presentation skill?

∎ We are looking for a dynamic person with practical HR experiences, who can demonstrate willingness to learn and constantly develop professional skills. The person should also have great interpersonal skills, excellent computer skill and understanding of human resources contribution in achieving success and have a standard high level of verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on a clear and direct, easy to read written style.
∎ Job Type: Fixed Term
∎ Location: Dhaka (with field visits as per requirement).
