Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the payroll-processing infrastructure and recommend system updates to streamline daily workflow and reporting.
∎ Employees daily attendance monitoring and notify the employee about their roaster, leave, absence etc.
∎ Manage payroll database and update payroll-related information on new hires, terminations, and changes to income tax rates.
∎ Software operation, development & modification.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Payroll Software like Logic, Kormee.
∎ Answering questions and providing guidance for all team projects.
∎ KPI implementation for each and every employee and making reports for management.
∎ Fixation of manpower budget and strictly monitor the proper implementation process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
