Educational Requirements:
∎ At least graduation in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CAD, Computer Operating, Excellent communication skills in English

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Do fabric, thread button & lining consumption.
∎ Make ladies blouse / tops pattern & do size wise grading by computer.
∎ Pattern Development.
∎ Pattern consumption with technical blouse knowledge.
∎ Ensure optimum marker efficiency by CAD.
∎ Ensure sample making according to tech pack.
∎ Check sample quality, styling, measurement, dummy fitting etc.
∎ Review and understand buyer's comments on pattern & sample and do necessary correction.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to customers, merchandising & production staff.
∎ Communicate with buyer, merchandiser and factory production staff.
∎ Attend meeting with the buyer or management when required.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Can make manual & CAD pattern.
∎ Able to operate Lectra (CAD).
∎ Must make manual & CAD patterns first to sit for final interview.
∎ Experiences in ladies blouse will be preferred.
∎ Having experience working with buyers H&M, Marks & Spencer, C&A etc.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
∎ As per company policy.
