Responsibilities & Context:
One of the largest and most reputed garments manufacturers in Bangladesh, is looking for some highly skilled Pattern Master to join the woven sample unit at the plant level, located in Ashulia, Dhaka.
Expert in Lectra & Gerber Software with sound knowledge of manual and CAD pattern making, grading.
Develop accurate patterns as per buyer requirements and grade according to tech packs.
Prepare production-ready patterns for woven garments.
Calculate fabric consumption and component usage accurately.
Coordinate with sampling, production, and merchandising teams.
Attend PP meetings and perform factory visits when required.
