∎ Candidate must have working experience as Pattern Master in Knit Garments Factory.
∎ Candidate having working experience with ZARA will get preference.
∎ Should have strong knowledge in manual and computerized pattern making.
∎ Must have experience in GERBER software.
∎ Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Utilize CAD software (Gerber) for garment pattern and marker making for knit products.
∎ Independently prepare and develop accurate patterns.
∎ Draw and plot patterns to minimize errors and fabric consumption.
∎ Collaborate with the product development team to meet buyer demands.
∎ Develop and prepare samples of knit garments based on buyer requirements.
∎ Ensure accurate booking and consumption of fabric, thread and zippers.
∎ Proficiently create and prepare development, SMS, Size Set, PPS Pattern independently through Gerber Software.
∎ Workout the most efficient pattern for costing and buyers order/style.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Verify and check the pattern to ensure the accuracy of the measurement of the garments.
∎ Maintain CAD documents archive and retrieval for projects CAD software inventory.
∎ Communicate with Product Development to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting buyer’s demand.
