∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Up-to-date knowledge and skills in garment manufacturing and Fitting;
∎ In-depth knowledge of denim products;
∎ Maintaining the mentality of following all the rules and regulations of the office;
∎ Well-knowledge of pattern-making both manually and directly through the computer;
∎ Must have better knowledge of Computers (such as MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Photo Editor Studio) Mail Communication, and internet browsing;
∎ Must be expert in Denim Tops & Bottom (Pant, Shirt, jacket , Shacket & blazer);
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla (Reading, writing and speaking).
∎ Up-to-date knowledge and skills in garment manufacturing and Fitting;
∎ In-depth knowledge of denim products;
∎ Maintaining the mentality of following all the rules and regulations of the office;
∎ Well-knowledge of pattern-making both manually and directly through the computer;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Worked with tech pack which received from head office containing all the information regarding the style illustration, size, colors, stitch and seam class, fit, pattern, and sampling details for short-time sample submission;
∎ Observing the tech pack, any discrimination between buyer requirements and documents are found out and taken steps to solve as soon as possible;
∎ For developing patterns, block patterns and instructions provided by the customer are strictly followed and without block patterns, fit and general instructions are followed for best performance in making samples;
∎ Taken the highest care when making the fitting correction and ensured that the shape not changed after adding or subtracting measurement value;
∎ Followed fabric category and description if available, if not initial adjustment sample are made to apply shrinkage properly and checked the sample outlook after washing and applying extra effect;
∎ For production purpose, made the grading pattern to maintain customer references and removed any difficulties for best production efficiency;
∎ After receiving the tech pack, taken the shortest time to make consumption following the best assortment and ensured that no short shipment allowed due to consumption issues;
∎ Ensured the best marker efficiency and ratio for reducing consumption and garments pricing.
