Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years’ experience in pattern making/cutting for woven and knit;
∎ Should be expert on Lectra & Gerber both software;
∎ Denim Woven, Bottom & Top Expert;
∎ CAD Marker & Manual Pattern Expert;
∎ Microsoft Office;
∎ Knowledge of various types of woven fabrics;
∎ Good knowledge about size set sample and Make corrections;
∎ Fabric Consumption Knowledge;
∎ Must have better knowledge of Computer all office file (MS Office), Mail Communication and internet browsing;
∎ Goal orientation, communication & Collaboration, positive & proactive and planning & organizing;
∎ Maintaining the mentality of following all the rules and regulations of the office;
∎ Able to develop or make a plan within short time for any critical section;
∎ To ensure the before-wash man after-wash measurement.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Distinguish size set and measurement report in accordance with the pattern and the pattern correction and shrinkage;
∎ Must have ability to review properly Buyer provided file (TP, TF, PID, PDM) before going to make the pattern and if any comments needed, ensure to concern department head;
∎ Planning to be collected in according with the tech pack, sample and finish pattern;
∎ Shrink marker according to the length and width by matching with fabric;
∎ Prepare a sample after approval from the buyer and send it to the concerned sections
∎ Check to sketch sample & make sample as per requirement;
∎ Base size hard pattern collected from CAD and prepare to check with marker;
∎ Check pattern grading and size according to the comments and tech pack;
∎ All parts and green line of the pattern to be checked with the sample;
∎ Preparing finish pattern for swing line work;
∎ Communicate with all concern sewing departments for input smoothly;
∎ Communication with Sample section for pattern & Sample;
∎ Strong knowledge of pattern grading, CAD/manual marker, fabric construction, fabric quality, tests, seam strength, shrinkage, etc;;
∎ Keeping various records like pattern correction record report, Shrinkage & Shade report, Style wise cutting consumption report etc;
∎ Any other tasks related to the duties and responsibilities of the Pattern Master.
