Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Minimum HSC.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have practical experience and knowledge in using CAD software Jemini ver-19 in garment pattern and marker making for Shirts, Ladies Blouses & Trousers.
∎ Should able to prepare, develop Pattern independently.
∎ Must know 100% accurate pattern grading and correction as per production report.
∎ Must know how to draw, plot accurately and correctly in order avoid error and save fabrics consumption.
∎ Verify & check patterns, buyer comments to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of garments.
∎ Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers' demand.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making 100% accurate markers.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to merchandisers and production team.
∎ Work on marking and cutting marker as per buyer requirements.

∎ Minimum 5 years in 100% Export Oriented Garment Industry.
∎ Proficiency in English language & good communication skill.
