Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Garments Design and Pattern Making

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Pattern Maker

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pattern making and Marker Making in CAD (WINDA Software)
∎ To be able to prepare pattern from a given design/model.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting, merchandisers, technicians, seniors) and suppliers to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency.
∎ Support and advise the team/factories to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and to achieve maximum use of fabric.
∎ Plotting patterns (for sample room requirements), subsequently preparing markers for cutting and sampling within time frame to facilitate the sample and cutting processes.
∎ Adhering to buyer's compliance and any other international standards adopted by the company.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Know WINDA Software.
∎ Experience in Pattern Development.
∎ Experience in costing
