∎ Graduation or Masters in Textile from reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work on LECTRA or Optitex System
∎ Check the conformity (construction, style, fitting, specification, etc.)
∎ Create the pattern as per Buyer Specification and Design requirement
∎ Provide instructions to factories on pattern making/ grading, garment construction and sewing operations and find alternatives
∎ Monitor fit, measurements and workmanship according to the customer requirements, from Development to Production
∎ Execute Size Grading, Marker and Consumptions
∎ Execute Manual Patterns

Additional Requirements:
∎ Work on LECTRA or Optitex System

∎ CAD (Lectra or Optitex), Costing & Production Marker
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas:
∎ Buying Office -Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knit)
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
