Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing various types of food such as cakes, cookies, pies, breads, pastries, and desserts etc. following traditional and modern recipes.
∎ Preparing new and unique menu items in creative ways to attract customers.
∎ Target and maintain materials, supplies and equipment.v  Understanding visitor preferences and making recommendations based on results.
∎ Efficient time management so that orders arrive on time and prevent food wastage.
∎ Monitoring stock of baking ingredients like flour, sugar etc. and preparing appropriate orders as per budget
∎ Arrange and present delicious and beautiful pastries, cakes, cookies, pies, breads and baked goods.
∎ Must have leadership skills to manage pastry section, and staff.
∎ In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition.
∎ Location: Chuknagar, Dumuria, Khulna
