Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: Minimum of 5 years post-secondary education professional experience with progressive responsibility, and preferably one year at post-graduate level work in a relevant area of work, with a background and interest in international humanitarian development.
∎ KNOWLEDGE&SKILLS:
∎ Interpersonal skills, analytical skill, communication skill with high-level officials, consistency in advice and follow-up, ability to work with diverse teams, capability to provide sound advice and independent ability to facilitate coordinated planning and subsequent follow-up on implementation and reporting, ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing;
∎ Ability to work in a team, flexibility in accepting work assignments outside normal desk description;
∎ Innovative skills and commitment to support WFP Bangladesh in achieving gender parity among the national staff in all functions, levels and locations.
∎ LANGUAGE: Excellent written and oral/communications skills in English

Salary: Tk. 103091 (Monthly)
