Basic knowledge of Social Media & Digital Marketing (training provided)
Must have Computer Skill Microsoft office Applications.
Reporting to management.
To achieve the target, call prospective and existing customers to explain the products.
To follow up Customer Feedback & Report to Management.

Excellent communication skill in both Bengali & English.
Skill on appropriate pronunciation.
Pleasant approach in customer communication.
Self-motivated & able to work independently.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
Engage with potential customers via Phone Calls & WhatsApp campaigns
Generate leads and follow up with healthcare professionals
Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns
