Responsibilities & Context:
VARD Eye Care Services (VARD-ECS) Ltd. is a sister concern non-profit organization of VARD. It has been implementing Eye Care Services (VARD-ECS) program since 1998 through well -established four eye hospitals located in Sylhet district, Sunamganj district and Cumilla district. These positions are based at VARD Eye Hospital, Sunamganj district headquarters.
Routine examine VA, perform SPT, IOP, BP, RBS, Schirmer’s, ECG etc. test according to patient need and doctor advise.
Examine Bio Biometry for surgical patients.
Maintain medical equipment.
Patient admission and discharge.
Prepare consumable surgical items requisitions on time and maintain stock register.
Assist Medical Officer/Eye Surgeon.
Pre- Operative and Post-operative patient counselling
Attend Patient Screening Program in PSP as when required
Eye Camp patient follow up
Perform other duties assigned by Medical Officer/Eye Specialist and Surgeon /Hospital Manager (AFO).
