Job Responsibilities:
Providing primary health care, limited curative care, Family Planning and SRHR-related services at the satellite clinic, ensuring increased access and availability of quality health care to the population in remote places.
Providing ANC and PNC services.
Ensure access to emergency services, including a swift, affordable, and effective referral system.
Establish a community-based health services network through FCM.
Coordination with local government & non-government stakeholders, including Health & Family Planning service providers.
Linkage and liaison with local Government Health and Family Planning Authorities
Activities:
Conduct satellite clinics in the community as per plan.
Prepare field-level requisition (medicine and logistics)
Maintain different types of registers (Patient register, Eligible Couple Register, Family Planning Register, Nutrition Register & ANC/PNC Register)
Provide support in conducting effective district and local level advocacy meetings with different stakeholders to ensure engagement of government and other health actors
Coordinate CSGs meetings (Community Support Group)
To undertake any other assignment given by the Friendship Management
Maintain various stock registers, including medicine and logistics stock.
Participate in monthly satellite planning.
Ensure clinical advice, diagnosis, and patient history are taken through software.
04 years Diploma in Medical Faculty from a recognized Medical Assistant Training School (MATS) with valid BMDC Registration
2 years of job experience at the community level
• Acceptability to the community beneficiaries
• Willingness and door-to-door visits in the community.
• Flexible, highly committed & motivated to work in remote locations, especially in riverine areas.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good teamwork exposure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is another pre-requisite.
