Company Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Legal Affairs, Legal Aid & Services, Legal vetting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct comprehensive legal reviews of contracts, agreements, and documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate legal risks associated with our services and operations.
∎ Assist in the preparation and maintenance of legal documents, including contracts, licenses, and intellectual property filings.
∎ Research and stay updated on legal developments, trends, and regulations within the tech and cloud service industry.
∎ Provide support in legal due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
∎ Work closely with external legal counsel when required, and manage communication and documentation related to legal matters.
∎ Assist in the resolution of legal disputes, including preparation for litigation when necessary.
∎ Ensure adherence to data protection and privacy regulations in all aspects of our operations.
∎ Supervise and direct adherence and conformance to regulatory audit and compliance.
∎ Will be part of any standardization process across the entire organization.
∎ Attend any legal proceedings or hearings associated with the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on tech-related legal work or experience in a similar role.
∎ Strong understanding of legal principles, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
∎ Candidate must have exposure to all local laws, regulations, guidelines associated to tech industries.
∎ Exceptional research and analytical skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Candidate must possess excellent command over English and Bengali language paying particular attention to the choice of words during any legal communication.
∎ Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
∎ Adherence to strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
