Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular:
∎ Maintain paid marketing accounts on multiple channels
∎ Create, update, improve and optimise search, display, dynamic ad campaigns
∎ Prepare ad copies for new and existing campaigns
∎ Plan remarketing and retargeting campaigns
∎ Utilise paid marketing channels to increase overall revenue
∎ Find & explore new paid marketing channels
∎ Provide execution-based PPC recommendations
∎ On-Demand:
∎ Run ads for a/b testing purposes
∎ Find out buyer behaviour and curate funnels targeting different types of audiences
∎ Significant:
∎ Develop buyer personas
∎ Analyse buyer journey and map it to improve the overall user and customer experience
∎ Prepare a full-proof paid marketing funnel for increased conversion and performance
∎ Create Paid Marketing calendar based on the campaign plans prepared by the strategists
∎ Keep alignment with existing campaigns (of other channels) and formulate the paid campaigns accordingly
∎ Prepare customised landing pages and retargeting pages for deep level targeted paid campaigns
∎ Prepare paid marketing reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 Year (marketing digital products) or 2 Years (Overall)
∎ Excellent copywriter
∎ Understands how Google works
∎ Google Ads Certified
∎ Highly Experienced in Facebook Marketing and working on Retargeting Channels
∎ Can work with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimise, Data Studio
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ For highly skilled and experienced candidates, the salary can be flexible and negotiable
