B. Sc in Apparel Manufacturing/ Textile Engineering/ Industrial Production Engineering is required.
Students BUTEX/ BUFT/ AUST/ NITER and other reputed textile universities are preferred.
Candidate must have minimum CGPA of 3.50.
Previous Experience in merchandising will be an additional qualification.
Requirements:
Skills Required: Computer skill,Data Management,Presentation skill,RMG sector(Fashion Tecknology)
Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Suite (MS Excel, Power Point, MS Word).
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work in team.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in the planning and execution of merchandising strategies.
Support the product selection process by analyzing market trends and customer preferences.
Help with the development and maintenance of visual merchandising displays.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product promotions are effectively communicated.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
Prepare reports on merchandising performance and provide actionable insights.
