Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
∎ Provide product recommendations and answer questions about skincare products
∎ Identify sales opportunities and drive sales through customer service interactions
∎ Increase engagement and followership on our Facebook page by creating and sharing
∎ quality content.
∎ Maintain and process order list using POS software (training on the software will be provided)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Interest in female skincare product range
∎ Decent Typing Speed
∎ Ability to not make spelling mistakes in English/Bengali
