Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in any discipline with at least 2 years working experience in NGO-Health and Nutrition related project will preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Outreach Specialist implement intervention with rural market actor, and community group.
∎ Effective implementation of SBC and market development strategy.
∎ Closely work with Market Management Committee (MMC), mobile vendor, women group, existing adolescent group, Agro-input Retailor Network, Government agriculture officer.
∎ Assist to Organize training with mobile sale agent, Hat/bazar vendor, women Group, Adolescent, Imam, Teachers, Market Management Committee.
∎ Assist to designed and drive activities for sustainably
∎ Organize formulate research in target market catchment area.
∎ Assist to Conduct situational and audience analysis
∎ Facilitate partnership between hat/bazar vendor and mobile sales agents.
∎ Regular Field visit
∎ Collect monitoring data as per requirement of MEL plan and management purpose.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preference will be given to those who have clear understanding on nutrition competence, dietary diversity, Nutrition Specific and Nutrition Sensitive intervention, agriculture, market system development, Social behavior change, women and adolescent empowerment and working experience in data collection.
∎ Motor Cycle ridding skill will be preferable.

Salary: Tk. 22423 (Monthly)
