Experience:
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Social Science, Sociology, Development Studies or any relevant discipline.
At least 1–2 years of experience in field mobilisation, awareness campaigns, or youth-focused projects.
Preference will be given to working with migration or trafficking issues.
Prior training on migration, communication, or counter-trafficking will be considered an added advantage.
This is a project-based positon.

Job Purpose
This position is responsible for executing field-level awareness activities under the guidance of the MRSC Coordinator. Responsibilities include conducting direct outreach with at-risk youth, facilitating community sessions, organizing localized campaign events, and ensuring accurate information reaches vulnerable populations. The role will also support building rapport with local leaders and documenting field-level outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct community outreach sessions for PIIs (youth, dropouts, job seekers) and their influencers.
Facilitate interactive discussions in schools, colleges, tea stalls, mosques, markets, and other public places.
Support planning and execution of events for key international observance days (e.g., World Day Against Trafficking in Persons).
Assist in identifying and mapping high-risk areas for irregular migration.
Work closely with Community Mobilizers, Field Organisers, and volunteers for coordinated field activities.
Build strong relationships with local government, community leaders, teachers, religious leaders, and journalists.
Represent BRAC in district-level meetings related to migration, youth engagement, and anti-trafficking initiatives.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
