∎ Supervise and manage e-Voucher Outlet-based staff to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
∎ Develop mobilization plans and ensure their effective execution to reach targeted beneficiaries within specified timeframes.
∎ Establish controlling mechanisms and enforce operating procedures for enhanced operational efficiency.
∎ Provide technical assistance to the team and collaborate closely with retailers, staff, and other team members.
∎ Build the capacity of Outlet staff and volunteers to perform effectively.
∎ Analyze daily transaction reports, compare them with plans, and manage beneficiary tracking in the database.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members and promote a safe working environment.
∎ Follow safeguarding reporting procedures and encourage others to do so.
∎ Ensure best practices in Gender Mainstreaming, PSEA, Protection, and Accountability to Affected Populations in the GFA program.

∎ The Outlet supervisor will play a crucial role in implementing the General Food Assistance (GFA) Programme under YPSA (Young Power in Social Action) at Ukhiya. The outlet supervisor will be responsible for leading smooth operations at E-Voucher outlets for the GFA program, supervising staff, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards.
