∎ Experience in food assistance/ distribution programs will add value.

∎ Excel and Microsoft Word abilities. Computer Knowledge is a must.
∎ Good knowledge of PDM and data collection.
∎ Ability to lead the camp-level coordination and communication with different stakeholders.
∎ Ability to write clear and concise reports and case stories in English.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong facilitation and training skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Understanding of issues related to food security and livelihood.
∎ Familiarity with relevant monitoring and evaluation tools and methodologies.
∎ Must have a ‘hands-on’, practical mentality, be self-driven, and be very self-motivated.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the smooth operation of designated E-Voucher Outlets at camps.
∎ Supervise and manage e-Voucher Outlet-based staff to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
∎ Develop mobilization plans and ensure their effective execution to reach targeted beneficiaries within specified timeframes.
∎ Establish controlling mechanisms and enforce operating procedures for enhanced operational efficiency.
∎ Provide technical assistance to the team and collaborate closely with retailers, staff, and other team members.
∎ Build the capacity of Outlet staff and volunteers to perform effectively.
∎ Analyze daily transaction reports, compare them with plans, and manage beneficiary tracking in the database.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members and promote a safe working environment.
∎ Follow safeguarding reporting procedures and encourage others to do so.
∎ Ensure best practices in Gender Mainstreaming, PSEA, Protection, and Accountability to Affected Populations in the GFA program.
∎ Update progress trackers and reports, support donor reporting, and develop feedback mechanisms.
∎ Capture project challenges and assist in improving learning and sharing mechanisms.
∎ Comply with YPSA policies and practices concerning PSEA, child protection, code of conduct, health and safety, and equal opportunities.

∎ Project Location : Refugee camps, Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar
∎ The Outlet supervisor will play a crucial role in implementing the General Food Assistance (GFA) Programme under YPSA (Young Power in Social Action) at Ukhiya. The outlet supervisor will be responsible for leading smooth operations at E-Voucher outlets for the GFA program, supervising staff, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards. Uphold safeguarding principles, promote gender mainstreaming, and support program objectives
