Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates must at least a bachelor's degree.
∎ Educational qualification will be relaxed if working experience in Agora, Mina Bazar, Swapno Super Shop.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To run the outlet successfully by achieving targets, and minimizing the cost.
∎ To improve employees' efficiency by training, counseling, and monitoring them.
∎ To ensure the outlet's safety, cleanliness, and hygiene.
∎ To provide better customer service by ensuring product quality, and availability.
∎ To ensure proper cash management, inventory management, and people management.
∎ Supervise selling and Guest service activities and staff competence in these areas, so as to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability and Guest satisfaction.
∎ Manage and motivate staff, train and develop staff, according to company policies and employment laws, and ensure relevant HR procedures are followed (appraisals, discipline, grievance, etc).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have skills in MS office applications
∎ Applicants must have work experience in any super shop, retail shop, grocery shop, or chain shop
∎ Candidates must have strong communication and leadership skills
