Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managed showroom inventory and ordering of materials.
∎ Supervised all operations of retail store.
∎ Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
∎ Effectively and consistently uses selling system to determine needs and wants.
∎ Develop product solutions and execute proper follow up.
∎ Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
∎ Report to management customer's demand.
∎ Propose innovative ideas to increase sales.
∎ Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers.
∎ Well behavior and high performance.
∎ Additional store manager duties as per management.
∎ Software operation of Sale.
∎ Daily sale associate grooming.
∎ Prepare daily sales report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 3-5 year(s) on this position.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
