• Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets in line with business goals.

• Monitor daily sales, category performance, and ensure product availability

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and take corrective actions when required.

• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with the supply chain team.

• Lead, motivate, and train outlet team members to deliver operational excellence.

• Ensure excellent customer service standards and handle customer complaints promptly.

• Build relationships with local communities and regular customers.

• Conduct regular self-audits of cash, inventory, documentation, and operational processes

• Identify audit observations, non-compliance issues, or control gaps and implement preventive actions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly shopping environment.

• Supervise checkout operations to minimize waiting time and errors.

• Conduct regular store walk-throughs to ensure product display and cleanliness standards.

• Minimize operational costs by controlling utilities and consumables.

• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and control product wastage or damage.

• Verify GRN (Goods Received Note) and manage stock discrepancies.

• Oversee inventory audits and ensure accurate stock records in the system.

• Ensure compliance with VAT, tax, pricing, discount approvals, and promotional guidelines

• Prepare weekly duty rosters, monitor attendance, and manage shift schedules.

• Ensure proper grooming, uniform, and behavior standards among employees.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR guidelines, and legal requirements.

• Maintain outlet hygiene, equipment functionality, and safety standards.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and manpower.

• Ensure compliance with internal control related to cash handling, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
