• The job holder is primarily responsible for overall outlet operations.

• Plan, forecast, and report on sales, costs, and business performance.

• Plan, forecast, and report on sales, costs, and business performance.

• Plan and implement advertising and promotional strategies and activities.

• Analyzing Daily Sales, Customer Counts, Basket Values, and Category sales.

• Checking Damaged items, waste, Customer returns, Cash Banking Slips, Inventory Transaction Documents, etc.

• Check Staff Attendance and Punctuality according to the roster.

• Checking Security & Cleaning staff attendance and updating relevant registers.

• Handle any issues of customer service.

• Receiving Goods from suppliers and CWH as an observant.

• Provide on-the-job training to selected staff.

• Go through the Zero Stock/Low Stock report and address non-availability.

• Reconcile Physical Stock Variance

• Do the day-end activities each day after closing the outlet.

• Conduct Market survey for Perishables items. Monitor competitors activities

• Conduct “Weekly Review meetings” with the department Heads/Supervisors/Executives.

• Prepare the “Staff Roster” for the next month.

• Mobile bill,Provident fund,Gratuity,Insurance,Tour allowance
• Salary Review: Yearly
