Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years in outbound Tele sales / call center (preferably in real estate, financial services, or hospitality sector).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in outbound tele sales / telemarketing.

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English (clear, confident, and persuasive).

  • Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections positively.

  • Familiar with CRM or call center software (basic knowledge).

  • Target-driven and able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities & Context:

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Manager – Sales / Project Director

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote Hotel Okada Share Ownership & Zamzam Lands projects.

  • Engage potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner to generate interest and qualify leads.

  • Maintain call scripts and sales pitches aligned with company objectives and campaign goals.

  • Handle customer queries with accuracy, provide detailed project information, and encourage appointments or registrations.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, lead responses, and outcomes in CRM.

  • Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads for follow-up and conversion.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call/lead generation targets.

  • Participate in promotional campaigns, fairs, and events by supporting sales activation through tele calling.

  • Ensure high-level customer service, professionalism, and follow-up for all assigned leads.
