Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Around 9-10 years’ experience on organic farming for vegetable production, Plant it natural or related to nature.
∎ Good knowledge on soil health (texture & structure, organic matter/OM, moisture content, minerals etc),
∎ Good ideas on mix crop, relay crop & crop rotation, inter-culture operation, process of apply organic fertilizer,
∎ Know the pest/weed control organically, harvesting process etc and prompt decision making in every stage .
∎ Knowledge of growing Plants without synthetic fertilizer . Generic Engineering irradiation or pesticides .
∎ Grow the vegetables without artificial flavors , color, or preservatives .
