Responsibilities & Context:
Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle server software and related products.
Start, stop, and monitor application services (oacore, oafm, Apache, etc.).
Perform application tier management, including service restarts when required.
Establish and maintain backup and recovery strategies.
Design and implement database structures.
Manage database security (users, roles, privileges).
Conduct performance tuning and monitoring for databases and applications.
Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support to development teams.
Handle patch management and version control.
Clone environments (DEV/TEST from PROD).
Coordinate with Oracle Support for issue resolution.
