Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Standard operating procedure of all solvent based adhesive.
∎ Set up production machinery
∎ Ability to work in a shift system, including nights and weekends, if required all safety rules and wear appropriate PPE, where required
∎ Observes operation and speed of packing machine and makes adjustments when necessary.
∎ Clears jams and performs basic troubleshooting
∎ Ensure 5S of Six Sigma
∎ Knowledge of OEE calculation.
∎ Operate and monitor basic packaging machinery
∎ Record process parameters and maintain documentation
∎ Perform routine cleaning of equipment and work area
∎ Work in rotating shifts and support team operations

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Chemical's knowledge of Solvent Cement Adhesive, Synthetic Rubber Adhesive, PU Adhesive
∎ Knowledge of production procedure of Solvent cement, Synthetic Rubber, PU adhesive.
∎ Mix and load raw materials into tanks
∎ Monitor instruments and make adjustments to settings.
∎ Take routine samples and record data for lab quality checks
∎ Package up finished products and move them to storage areas
∎ Knowledge of packaging machinery of solvent-based adhesive
∎ Clean and maintain production lines.
∎ Ensure fire safety, process efficient, reliable production, ensuring quality of products.
∎ Ensure various process parameters while production, based on products wise standard.
