Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize & oversee Company operations.
Ensure targets are achieved on time and as per requirements.
Supervise Company manpower, attendance, discipline & productivity.
Monitor and control raw materials, accessories and inventory.
Reduce wastage, rework & operational costs through efficient processes.
Ensure safety and compliance with labor regulations.
Coordinate time to time with Department Head
Prepare and submit daily/weekly operations reports to the superior
Identify operational challenges and implement continuous improve
