Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability.
∎ Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses due to theft or spoilage.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
∎ Promote a customer-centric culture among staff members.
∎ Collaborate with visual merchandisers to create appealing store displays.
∎ Optimize store layout to enhance product visibility and customer flow.
∎ Ensure products are well-organized and shelves are adequately stocked.
∎ Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures.
∎ Evaluate vendor performance and seek opportunities for cost savings.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to senior management.
∎ Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
∎ As an operations Manager, the person has to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our mart retail establishment. Your responsibilities span across various aspects of inventory management, store operations, and customer experience. The success of the store hinges on your ability to maintain optimal inventory levels, prevent losses, and create a positive shopping environment in the mart section.
