Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors or Masters in Science/Social Science/Business/Education from any recognized University with Minimum CGPA 3 and above.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop operation plan for ANN and CC, with major focus on rapid needs assessment and community engagement.
∎ Formulate the annual operation plan to align with the budget & expenditure and implement accordingly
∎ Ensure quality of management system and compliance; Prepare plan for coordinators’ and moderators’ professional development.
∎ Review income, expenditure, budget, reports and financial status of the programme;
∎ Analysis the deviations of programmes, , identify key issues and work closely with team members and coordinators to address those issues and concerns
∎ Analysis of programme outputs/outcomes/performance and identify progress/shortfalls of the programme and initiate necessary steps for improvement.
∎ Initiate innovative pedagogical interventions in the classroom for ensuring quality of learning.
∎ Initiate implementation of new interventions in schools such as- Sports, ECERS, workbook on problem solving, reasoning & critical thinking, module for secondary school etc.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members and project participants from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
