Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive - Compliance to join our growing team in Dhaka. This full-time position supports the operational and compliance functions of a leading property management company headquartered in London, UK. As our client base expands, we’re seeking a dedicated professional to help ensure we maintain the highest standards of regulatory and operational excellence.

Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor and interpret relevant property management laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure operational compliance
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage licensing and certification processes
  • Schedule meetings and inspection appointments for clients as necessary
  • Develop and implement compliance programs and training sessions
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues or breaches
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare compliance reports for senior management
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to embed compliance into daily operations
