Educational Requirements:
∎ DVM/AH or equivalent degree from any Bangladeshi institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promotion of mPower's ICT interventions (i.e. mobile apps) among target users (i.e. LSP).
∎ Coordinate organizing LSP's capacity enhancement trainings.
∎ Facilitate LSP's capacity enhancement trainings.
∎ Gather market intelligence of livestock industry.
∎ Plan, coordinate and supervise field activities & relevant staffs.
∎ Monitoring and reporting of field operational targets, indicators and major milestones.
∎ Progress reports and presentation preparation.
∎ Maintaining liaison with Department of Livestock Services (DLS) offices, relevant NGO/Development Partner's representatives and other stakeholders.
∎ Provide feedback and take immediate notice of and steps to resolve issues arising in the field.
∎ Assist and mentoring relevant staffs in their day-to-day field activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Tech-savvy and have good understanding of ICTs in livestock in Bangladesh.
∎ Experience of organizing and facilitating training event and workshop/seminar.
∎ Willingness to travel all around Bangladesh as necessary.
∎ Strong communication skills in Bangla and English, both written and oral, and computer knowledge are necessary.
∎ Good hands in documentation, preparation reports and presentations.
∎ At least 2 years' of experience in working with veterinary pharmaceuticals/animal feed/NGO programs.
∎ Working experience with LSP (Livestock Service Provider) and willingness to work with LSPs is mandatory.
