∎ Assist applicants with documentation before applying for a visa.
∎ Have an active role in promoting the business through social media and other platforms.
∎ Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
∎ Any other responsibility and maintenance of register as assigned by the management
∎ Maintaining office administration and give instruction to other staff

Additional Requirements:
∎ High proficiency in English including speaking and writing
∎ Previously management Experience
∎ Strong customer service skills
∎ Previous customer-facing experience
∎ Previous case/project handling experience
∎ Good Computer skill
∎ Human resource management skill
∎ Strong management skill
