∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation Manager supports internal and external customers across all Franchise, Agent and Dealer of Bangladesh.
∎ He analyzes and responds to internal and external customers' requests, resolves customer issues, prepares reports, and identifies opportunities to improve processes.
∎ Maintains ongoing relationships with internal and external customers with consistent follow up.
∎ He provides back-up support across all tier to internal and external customers.
∎ Keep databases, provides recommendations and processes applications, across all tiers to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Analyzes and responds to internal and external customers' ensure customers' needs are met timely.
∎ Provides customers with information on new services, product and service enhancements, center transfer, opening, and closer processes, product-specific issues, and to maintain internal and external customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-5 year(s) experience in parcel & courier related field.
∎ Retired Army Officer or Retired Govt. Postal service officer or those who have experience in domestic or International courier service will get more preferences.
∎ Planning and following the most efficient routes for delivering goods.
∎ Willing to work overtime, evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
∎ Knowledge of local and national roads.
Salary: Negotiable
