Guests can savor both local and international cuisine at the resort`s restaurant while enjoying a serene, relaxing environment. Since opening in 2022 with just two cottages and a 100-seat open restaurant, Tong Resort has rapidly expanded to six eco-cottages, with more under construction, catering to travelers seeking a peaceful yet memorable stay in the heart of Bandarban.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administration & Management
Supervise daily resort operations.
Monitor staff activities and performance.
Ensure adherence to policies, SOPs, and standard operating procedures.
Oversee budget and prepare monthly/annual reports.
2. Human Resource (HR) Management
Recruit, train, and evaluate resort staff.
Prepare staff schedules (rosters) and monitor attendance.
Ensure staff efficiency and professional conduct.
3. Guest Services
Ensure high standards of guest reception and service.
Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly.
Plan and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and guest experience.
4. Finance & Budget Management
Supervise daily financial transactions.
Monitor costs, income, and profit/loss.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and suppliers.
5. Food & Beverage (F&B) Operations
Oversee restaurant and kitchen operations.
Ensure food and beverage quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Assist in menu planning and pricing.
6. Housekeeping & Infrastructure
Maintain cleanliness of cottages, rooms, lobby, and common areas.
Ensure proper functioning of equipment, electrical systems, and utilities.
Supervise repairs, maintenance, and contractor engagement as needed.
7. Marketing & Sales Coordination
Supervise promotional activities, campaigns, and digital marketing.
Develop strategies to attract customers and increase bookings.
Coordinate with local travel agents and tourism agencies.
8. Safety & Emergency Management
Oversee resort security measures.
Ensure safety of staff and guests during emergencies.
Maintain fire safety, health codes, and other regulatory compliance.
9. Reporting & Analysis
Submit operational reports to management or the board regularly.
Provide analysis and recommendations on staff performance and guest satisfaction.
