Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate, and execute sales strategies & and work with sales managers to ensure. Understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for the segment and promoting the image of the hotel.
∎ Ensure the best guest service is being made available through effective coordination amongst the team, cross-training within the department, and appropriate office coverage.
∎ Work with the management team to create and implement a strategic plan addressing revenue, customers, and the market.
∎ Set an example through a professional, friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers, and timely response to Guest's and co-workers' needs.
∎ Study & and analyze guest questionnaires.
∎ Provide positive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential.
∎ Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control, and sales.
∎ Formulate budgets & and receive approval from top-level management.
∎ Train, manage, and motivate staff.
∎ Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.
∎ Check stock levels & order supplies.
∎ Comply with licensing laws and other legal requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Sales and Marketing Background will add an advantage.
∎ Proven work experience as an Operation Manager Manager.
∎ Strong leadership and motivational skills.
