Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and track the business requirements of the merchant business and ensure timely execution
∎ Manage complaints related to the merchant business and drive effective solutions
∎ Monitor merchant business performance, identify areas for improvement, and plan development initiatives
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
∎ Supervise daily administrative operations
∎ Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives
∎ Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures
∎ Prepare work schedules/route plan
∎ Maintain employee records
∎ Monitor administrative staff's performance
∎ Train new employees

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have an Android device
∎ Distribution Manager & Supervisor will get a preference
∎ Team Management Capability
∎ Motorcycle users will get preference

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 22000 (Monthly)
