Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operation Manager, As an Operation Manager at Interlace UK Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient and smooth operation of our consultancy services. You will lead and manage a team of professionals, oversee daily operations, and contribute to the company`s growth by maintaining high service standards.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the consultancy firm, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervise and lead a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are met.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance productivity and quality of service.
- Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve business goals and targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a culture of excellence, customer focus, and teamwork within the organization.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Handle client escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
