  5. Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operation Manager, As an Operation Manager at Interlace UK Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient and smooth operation of our consultancy services. You will lead and manage a team of professionals, oversee daily operations, and contribute to the company`s growth by maintaining high service standards.


  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the consultancy firm, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Supervise and lead a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance.
  3. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
  4. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are met.
  5. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance productivity and quality of service.
  6. Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve business goals and targets.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  8. Foster a culture of excellence, customer focus, and teamwork within the organization.
  9. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  10. Handle client escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
