Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives
∎ Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
∎ Set and track individual and team sales targets
∎ Identify and develop new sales opportunities
∎ Negotiate and close sales deals
∎ Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
∎ Provide sales training and support to team members
∎ Track and analyse sales data
∎ Prepare and present sales reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-3 years of experience in online sales management
∎ Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
