Responsibilities & Context:
- Contact students who attended our online seminars through phone, WhatsApp, or Messenger
- Understand their study goals, preferred country, and educational background
- Give simple and clear initial guidance based on their needs
- Follow up regularly with interested students and help them move forward with our service
- Collect necessary documents (Passport, Certificates, Marksheet, etc.)
- Update all student information properly in Google Sheets / CRM
- Pass qualified students to our consultant team for further processing
- Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude with all students
- Follow company-provided scripts and communication guidelines
