Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma in Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strictly follow the outgoing inspection according to AQL sample level and quality standard.
∎ Accurately judge the defect According to Quality standard by using Quality tools and implement idea and plan to improve the product quality.
∎ Identified and Resolve non-conforming product issues.
∎ Timely inform PQE about found problems and use various resources to Proper understand the Actual root cause of problems.
∎ Complete the inspections report timely and accurately.
∎ Assist PQE to conduct production line audit as required and confirm whether the improvement measures are implemented.
∎ Maintaining work Environment, Focus on product quality, communications, collaboration, integration and Team - work.
∎ Make Record of All OQC required documents computer documents and written documents. Like Inspection data, Top defect sheet including with picture etc.
∎ Inone OQC committed to Timely delivery of finish goods as per needs of our sales team and market demand.
∎ Inone OQC committed to continual improvement of product Quality to enhance customer satisfactions and reduce the market complaints.
∎ Qualified or pass batch send to the shrink wrap area for FG process.
∎ Disqualified or reject batch send back for rework process. If required, then also take follow-up the rework process.
∎ In case during OQC Inspection if any issue found in local material or incoming material then give feedback to respective department.
∎ In case of judgmental issue inform to line manager and take final decision together.
∎ Complete other tasks assigned by line manager on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years

∎ Work under pressure
∎ The applicants should have worked experience at Mobile Factory.
∎ Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
