Additional Requirements: - Prior experience in industrial gases, manufacturing, power, or process industries will be highly preferred.
- Extensive and frequent travel across all regions of the country to support sales operations, client visits, market development, and relationship management.

- Knowledge of industrial gas applications and bulk supply models.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
- Analytical mindset with reporting and forecasting capability.
- Willingness to travel and work in a plant-centric industrial environment.

Responsibilities & Context: Job Purpose
To drive sales, market development, and customer relationship management for industrial and medical gases produced by the Air Separation Unit (ASU), ensuring sustainable revenue growth, market penetration, and long-term customer partnerships in line with GPH Group’s business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans for oxygen, nitrogen, argon and other industrial gases from the GPH Oxygen plant.
- Identify and onboard new customers including steel plants, manufacturing units, hospitals, and bulk gas consumers.
- Manage key accounts and ensure contract renewals, volume commitments, and price optimization.
- Prepare sales forecasts, monthly targets, and pipeline reports.
- Conduct market analysis to identify demand trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
- Support pricing strategy based on market conditions, production capacity, and logistics cost.
- Coordinate promotional activities and client visits to strengthen brand presence of GPH Oxygen.
- Liaise with production, logistics, and plant operations to ensure timely and safe delivery of gases.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to maintain service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, payment schedules, and credit control policies.
- Prepare sales agreements, proposals, and MIS reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards relevant to industrial and medical gases.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, contracts, and sales performance.
