Responsibilities & Context:
∎ URS, CS preparation for new purchase of equipment
∎ DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ protocol preparation, execution and reporting
∎ Preparation of validation master plan
∎ Preparation, updating and maintaining of validation status report
∎ Preparation qualification protocol and report for different facility, system and equipment Responsible for preparing, checking and reviewing URS, BOQ, CS, IQ, OQ, PQ of system and process machineries for ongoing and upcoming project of ZISKA PHARMA as and when required
∎ Participation in different facility, system and equipment qualification exercise
∎ Executing optimization and/or process validation protocols for local and regulatory products
∎ Co-ordination of technology transfer activity
∎ Executing cleaning validation protocol and report preparation
∎ Executing and report preparation of different temperature and humidity mapping study
∎ Taking part in different investigation and risk assessment study related to validation and qualification
