∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
∎ Science Background with MBA is Preferable
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Relevant technical experience which would include practical experience in the operation & maintenance of machinery plant, preferably gained in Marine or Power Generation environment.
∎ Knowledge on lubricants including used oil analysis & condition monitoring would be of advantage.
∎ B2B sales and industrial experience in lubricant/paint/chemical/manufacturing industry particularly in MNC will be preferred.
∎ Sound in email communication with excellent presentation skills.
∎ Knowledge on computer literacy is required
∎ Open to travel Frequently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Function: Market Development and Technical service.
∎ Proactively identify new business opportunities for Shell Marine Lubricant
∎ Meeting regular sales target and coordinating strategic sales plan.
∎ Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business partners and keeping customer records.
∎ Design an effective system of reporting on existing and new business opportunities.
∎ Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education .
∎ Providing after-sales support service like technical back up as required.
∎ Analyzing costs and sales.
∎ Work with key personnel to generate sales projects.
∎ Stay up to date with all industry trends, issues and news.
∎ Mail communication with foreign clients .
