∎ Age at least 23 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare export documents as per L/C requirements (Auto) and ensure documents’ submission by 03 days from the date of receipt of EXP.
∎ Check L/Cs for compliance as per agreed terms.
∎ Arrange container as per delivery schedule for export.
∎ Checking shipping line, C&F and courier bills for compliance.
∎ Manage shipping line C & F agencies, Freight Forwarders, Insurance companies, bank etc.
∎ Preparation of MIS report.
∎ Ensure compliance and up-dating of procedures/ systems in line with ISO 9000 and 14000 requirements and company policy.
∎ Ensure that export laws and regulations for export consignments under diverse payment terms are adhered to.
∎ Coordinate C&F agent & Freight Forwarder, shipping line insurance and some government agencies.
∎ Prepare month wise selling cost report.
∎ Ensure continual improvement.
