Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the operation of Compost (Organic Fertilizer) Plant and manage poultry litter, plant labor, and security.
Supervise and manage the composting process, machines, equipment, vehicles, and raw materials, finished goods and delivery process.
Monitor the technical parameters of input materials and the quality control of finished goods.
Ensure that processing is done correctly to produce high-quality organic fertilizer.
Manage local challenges relevant to the operation of the compost plant.
