Responsibilities & Context:
  • Follow up housekeeping management.

  • Follow up transport management.

  • Assist in the recruitment & hiring process.

  • Must have strong skills on disciplinary activities & Grievance handling.

  • Must have good computer skill.Performing emergency & contingency services as assigned by the superior.

  • Getting approval & coordinate Head office building maintenance related work.

  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.

  • Prepare Meeting Agenda, Meeting Minutes and circulate.

  • Generate emails and reports when appropriate.

  • Coordinate and ensure foreign guest management as per management requirements.

  • Ensuring that the Management Official’s schedules, calls and correspondence are properly maintained and assist them in completing their tasks including handling correspondence and mail.

  • Any other tasks assigned by Management.

  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
